We stayed at the annex, the Kalma Villa that was super nice! But first we checked in at the hotel itself and did not like the room offered, it was different than the pictures at booking. The kind management than solved this and changed us to another room, and we really enjoyed our stay. Location wise you can not wish a better situation, just a pleasant walk to the lake and spa facilities.

Gorgeous sauna program was such a fun :-) People working there really put effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. What else. Of course, food. Food offer was amazing, diverse and tasty, be it breakfast or dinner. Generally speaking, all was fine, professional attitude from employees, and wonderful stay. Strongly recommended

Villa Plattensee is gorgeous, very good amenities, beautiful rooms, pools and a playground for kids. Located very near to the lake. I especially enjoyed the fact that I could listen to birds singing whole night. It was very relaxing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The bed was very comfy and I generally felt safe there.
