Linda at the reception went out of her way to help us with all the questions that we had. She gave us great recommendations, both local attractions and restaurants. Villa Plattensee is gorgeous, very good amenities, beautiful rooms, pools and a playground for kids. Located very near to the lake. I especially enjoyed the fact that I could listen to birds singing whole night. It was very relaxing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The bed was very comfy and I generally felt safe there.

We had a fantastic stay at Arkánum Hotel. Everything was extremely clean, it was nice warm inside (we were there at Christmas time) very welcoming staff, great location, superb wellness area. Comfortable beds, good quality pillows & sheets. Nice local products & great selection at breakfast. We did not miss anything. We will stop by again soon. Thank you! 😊
