All the other staff was very helpful and courteous except for one lady with lots of tattoos and very long blond hair who refused to give a glass of hot water one night for my medication and said I can only have hot water from the tap..... that was very unkind knowing she can get it from the kitchen

I never leave negative ratings but here I lost 143 euros and most important thing, I lost one night without sleep, driving back to Budapest and one day in Balaton I was supposing to spend after the breakfast. I left the hotel after 3 hours because I couldn't sleep from the heat. A very dated hotel, I felt like to be in a motel in a old movie. I regret not having read the reviews before I booked, but for the price I was never expecting something like this.
