Great weekend getaway from Singapore. Easy access via ferry and lots of top 5-star and also more economical resorts to choose from. Beach is quite decent, though the beaches in Bali, Krabi and Boracay are significantly better.

Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal. If you contact the hotel in advance, you may be able to arrange free terminal-hotel transfer. We stayed at Bintan Resorts at Angsana Beach, a collection of three hotels sharing a well kept private beach. We did not go to Lagoi because the shuttle bus as been stopped and the taxi is S$25 one way.RahulSingapore - 10Scored 10

Thank you so much to the amazing team at D'Prima Hotel. Specially to Sandy,Ms.Rita,Samuel & A-gong for making our stay very memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. They also help us with the tour itinerary and find a transpo,a car -someone who can drive us to the tourist attractions. Special thanks to William our driver who also help us explore Bintan. We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do...
We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do at the property itself for the three days that we spent at Natra. We did not have to step outside the property so there was not much exploring of Lagoi Beach beyond the Treasure Island area which was amazing and impressive. The always smiling, ever-helpful staff at Natra Bintan was icing on the perfect cake of this holiday.RahulSingapore - 10Scored 10

Things are generally more expensive within the resorts in Lagoi area. Advise to purchase beverages, snacks and other necessities from outside stores or mini marts instead. Sand dunes and blue lake great for pics/vids but weather can be extremely hot so drink lots of fluids or buy from the local drink stores when you make your way in. Visited 500 Luo Han Temple located on the hillside and Guan Yin Temple in Tanjung Pinang.GohSingapore - 6.0Scored 6.0

The grounds and views were spectacular - if you don’t play golf there is absolutely nothing to do - it can become quite boring. The price of meals and drinks is sooo expensive that it is a joke. The location is so remote that there are no alternatives other than to dine in.KenAustralia

The room is unique, tall people need to be careful to hit the ceiling if raise hand but it was a cruise before so understand. I would definitely come back again when more facilities open in the future. Like the vibe and also the theme of this hotel.
