The hotel manager was really helpful, she explained me, in advanced, the different options to reach Gili islands: speedboat (in front of the hotel), fastboats and slowboats from Bangsal.
Our flight landed in the evening, so when we arrived at the hotel, we needed to have dinner, inside the hotel itself there is a good local food restaurant.
The room was spacious, water, tea / coffee and boiler available. They provide, on request, hairdryer too.

The staff are amazing and will do anything for you. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was one of the comfiest beds we had in our 3 week trip to Bali.
The location initially feels a bit out of the way until you realise you are near turtle shore where turtles can be swam with daily in the ocean. Also some amazing sunsets from the hotel.
The only downside of this hotel was you either have to walk to it or get a horse and cart which we weren’t comfortable with so you need to walk your luggage far to get round to it.

Great staff, fast check-in, tasty and variant breakfast, great facilities like beach towels upon request, refill option of fresh filtered water, option to stay longer at the resort and use the sunbeds and towels from the accommodation.
