A lovely little homestay in the village with a very friendly host family and comfy rooms. Anya (and his son) can help guide you around the area too, to the waterfalls, monkey forest etc.
Their home-cooked food is delicious!!
I would definitely stay there again for a peaceful break in the countryside.
A family operation. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing. Whenever I was walking in the village if I ran into hotel staff they would offer a ride on the moto. They also arrange transport, tours, including treks on Mt. Rinjani. Plan ahead.

Just relax with nice atmosphere.
Just relax with nice atmosphere. Beautiful nature all around. Locals still living their life uninterrupted by tourism.
Simple life, reminded me of my childhood growing up in small town.
Had mixed weather for 6 days with no abundance of sunlight. Sunbathing spots are often blocked by trees, so book a nice villa with pool, otherwise just enjoy nature!

There is a monkey forest where monkeys are still wild and won‘t climb your shoulders or sth like that. It wasn‘t touristic at all in the forest we were the only people with our local guide. There are amazing hidden waterfalls and rice terraces and it‘s perfectly quite, so you are away from the noice of the more touristic areas for a while. Locals are also very friendly
