Staff were amazingly kind and couldn’t do enough for you. We had a lagoon pool room which is really what makes the hotel experience special. The breakfast was exceptional and the room clean and very modern. Would definitely recommend. Great location too.

I loved staying at The Palms! The rooms are very nice and spacious and the overall accommodation is great. Location is very good and close to a lot of shops and restaurants/cafes but at the same time it’s not in the main road. The staff was lovely and very helpful as I was ill and they provided recommendations. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great
