In general is a good hotel if you need to sleep near the airport before or after a long flight. Room is big and with all necessary comforts.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The rooms are lovely, modern, clean and well set out. I had a pool access room and what a treat! The pool is really lovely and really long! So you can do big laps if that's your type of exercise. The food in the restaurant is very good and breakfast was definitely to my liking. The on site patisserie is wonderful!! Gorgeous treats and also juice health drinks. Daily yoga was great with a lovely instructor. Air con in room excellent and I had read mozzies were bad in bali at the time of my stay so I asked if it were OK if I bought an electric mozzie repellent device to use but they said I didn't need to buy and they put one in for me but I did not see one single mozzie on my whole trip! I was also given a late check out due to late flight. They do also have a shower changing room that you can use after you have checked out of your room complete with towels and hair dryer etc. And then lastly the staff, they are all AMAZING! If I had to score out of 10, I would give them 15+ because they are that lovely and super helpful. I needed a bit of help with a business issue back home and they went over and above to help me. Within 24 hours just about every staff member knew my name and always greeted me with a huge smile. Even the transport/security men were so friendly. The two stand out staff were Jay and Santya in the restaurant. Being a solo traveller they made me feel comfortable and I loved chatting with them in the restaurant. This was my second stay at Kanvas Village and it certainly won't be my last.. I will definitely be going back! This hotel is amazing. From the staff to the room and the facilities it was all amazing. We loved the pool area which was massive and was there everyday. Restaurant had wonderful food and great specials for the night. Staff are so beautiful and everyone is just happy. We had a bathtub on our balcony which was so lovely and the view was incredible. Lots of good breeze coming through. They had a kids corner which my son loved and would go after breakfast to play video games or do activities while we finished eating.

The Executive room was nice & big, big bathtub. The service & the location was very good. Worth for what we paid for.

We had relocated from a villa in Seminyak to Aston Kuta to be close to airport before leaving. The hotel staff were wonderful and the price of the accommodation was great. The hotel is quite dated from the images on various websites but suited our needs to be close to airport for our final night. The staff were fantastic, attentive and made sure we had adjoining rooms for our family. An error in our bar bill which I hadn't even realised took place was also quickly addressed. I am very impressed with their honesty and service. Thank you for our stay with Aston Kuta.
