Where do I start !! (and I have never written a review like this before)
This is probably one of the best overall hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world, and we will be back...
Let me list what was perfect first:
- The bed
- The shower
- The fan (very important)
- The atmosphere in the hotel
- The food, OMG, mind-blowingly amazing
- The facilities for a 3-star hotel? even vending machines with everything you need on each floor, even things you didn't realise you needed.
But I am saving the best for last. From reception to the bar/restaurant and breakfast each morning over our stay, the staff were unbelievable. They were attentive, reactive, efficient, courteous, and simply amazing, all of them.
If I owned hotels. I would send my staff here for a few days as guests just so they could see how it should be done.
Well done, Riverside, what an amazing hotel experience you offer. You deserve your amazing ratings.
Excellent stay with our dog. Everything you needed was in the room. It was of a very high standard and immaculately clean. John and his family were very friendly and helpful and made our stay exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.
