Breakfast was exceptional. The owner Joe was very helpful with a mobile phone issue -set me up with some great tips on how to use Google Maps. He was also very helpful with local restaurants. A local pub only 5 mins walk away.

Amazing place inside and out. Hottub is the main attraction. Beds are very comfy. Plenty of towels provided aswell as robes and flip flops. Whole place very clean. Large fridge freezer and smaller fridge. Ice was provided. Little touches like shelves of books and board games were really thoughtful. Everything you need there!

Water only Luke warm, power of shower very poor, dip in mattress so kept sliding into middle.

This friendly hotel has lovely views over the sea and estuary and offers good-value food. It is a good base for visits to Waterford, Cashel, Cork City and Cobh.

The whole experience was brilliant. We had a fabulous meal in the bar. The room was perfect,clean & modern. Breakfast had every item one would need at breakfast. The coffee was even good as I’m not a great lover of americano.
