The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of different options, the room was clean and spacious, and the location is just a few minutes away from Dublin city centre, so you can reach almost all attractions easily by foot.
Great facilities locally. Major shopping but hotel is off the beaten track and quiet. Great ambience and facilities without leaving. Traffic congestion for going into the city at rush hours exceptionally bad. Cinemas, Olympic size pool etc all nearby.

Room price was too high for vacation travelers, yet lower then other similar facilities, and appears to be set for business travelers on expense accounts. Location is far from any sites of vacationers interest. However, I knew this when I booked and chose facility because we needed to extend our stay a few days, the price was lowest and facility was relatively close to airport.

Very disappointed to arrive back at hotel at 11pm following a concert to find that the bar was closed. After expressing our disappointment to the receptionist she arranged for us to have a drink in the foyer area. A lot of other guests arrived back after us and we’re in the same predicament. We were informed that the hotel was quiet and so they decided to close the bar early???

Breakfast very good indeed as it has been for years and years.
Unfortunately the quality of the evening meal is not up to scratch, just poor bistro service - used to look forward to evening meal over the years when staying here, now its just a case of having something to eat because you have to, its a real shame.
