Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming! We stayed here for one night after flying into Dublin. He made us a delicious breakfast in the morning before we left :) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The scenery was one of the reasons I selected this place but it far exceeded my expectations. Madeline made us feel welcome before we even arrived, our flight was delayed and she was very accommodating when we got there. The room was cosy and clean, breakfast was really good. If you want fresh air and long walks solely this will be ideal. However, if you want a little urban life you will need a car as amenities are approximately 20 minutes away. Overall, absolutely great place to stay. You’re made to feel at home, the lady of the house is friendly, nothing is too difficult (within reason), for her to make your stay difficult.

A town not too far from Dublin airport and within easy distance to Co Tyrone ,Northern Ireland.The locals very very friendly and the local pubs were traditional , well at least the ones I went into. YES the Guinness does taste different to the British variety .Ireland in common with most places these days is not a cheap place ,indeed the price of property is on par with England as opposed to a few years when it was dirt cheap. The staff were exceptionally helpful, with advice (local taxi's who were very reliable & fair priced) Wilst preparing for an event a 'sticky' garment cleaner was required; again reception were able to help. I thought it was a busy bright town with v friendly people . More detailed tourist info would help & be more widely available eg the Harry Clark windows in St Joseph’s Church . Myself and my daughter had a very relaxing stay.
Myself and my daughter had a very relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the spa treatment called ‘the pick n mix’. The lady who gave us Indian head massages and leg and foot massages was outstanding. The food in the restaurant was fabulous with beautiful views surrounding the dining area. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It is a very welcoming hotel. Our only minor disappointment was the big, hard pillows. I didn’t sleep very well. In saying that, we would come back !

I will say that the breakfast was surprisingly good and fresh - although we finished our entire meal with no coffee because we couldn't get any staff to wait on us.
