Everything was really nice. If we will return to Dublin we will definitely stay here.
We had all the facilities needed inside the room.
A big thanks to the staff from the hotel. They were super helpful and nice to us. They got us a taxi and even called a museum to let they know we will be late due to traffic.

Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city...
Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city centre, great to catch up with extended family .
Ate our evening meal at hotel, it was great.
Loved the city centre, so much history and beautiful buildings.
We were expecting a really tired place from the reviews and were pleasantly surprised with a spacious, well equipped room with a comfortable bed. Ok the building looks tired from the outside but surprisingly better on the inside. The staff were very helpful in explaining getting into the city and other information we needed.
The breakfast was reasonable with a fair selection. We also had an evening meal one night and it was a good.
The location was easy for getting into Dublin city by bus which ran quite frequently.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good. The whole atmosphere was low key and calm which made for a relaxing stay. All in all it was very good value for money.
The Phoenix Park is a 20 minute walk away and a great place to go for a run or take in some fresh air.
So although it isn't the most visually pleasing of hotels, I would happily stay there again, so it obviously has something going for it!
The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The staff were super friendly and answered any questions we had. The bus stop was conveniently across the street that we used to go into Dublin. Rooms were very comfortable and everything was user friendly. Excellent stay and great value for Dublin. Restaurant inside hotel was good also. Would highly recommend and stay again.
Breakfast was lovely. Really liked that the food was cooked as ordered, rather than buffet. Service excellent.
Room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
Receptionist at check in was delightful. She was so friendly and helpful and would encourage anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you .
The staff were always polite & helpful by booking taxis for us to head into Dublin. The rooms were very clean & they were cleaned on the Saturday even though we got there on Friday & only had one night left. Definitely worth the 10-15 minute taxi trip into the city centre considering the prices of the hotels there.
The hotel was really great! Location is perfect for us, Dublin is too busy to drive. So the hotel have Bus station in front. It was very easy to go to city centre. Next time I will repeat, because the location is easy when you rent a car and exit from Dublin was very fast to take the highway
Fantastic location in Galway. Walking distance to everything that is in the central location. Great restaurants near by as well as shops. Apartment was very clean and easy access. Will stay again when given the opportunity.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home from the start.
The room was large and was perfectly clean. The hotel allowed us to check in early and the food that we had was lovely - especially the breakfast.
Friendly staff, great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Walk in shower. If required there is a bus stop opposite the hotel that goes into City centre. Big plus, free parking.
The food was ok but the noise of the hotel in general wasn’t great it was like there was construction vehicles all through the night and the heating was broken
Breakfast was excellent. The Staff were very informative and exceptionally friendly.Would definitely recommend the Hotel to anyone and will definitely return.
