The village is small and quiet.

The village is small and quiet. Two bars when we visited but soon to be just one. One shop, which has everything you need including a deli. There's a couple of take away places but no where to dine in, so be aware of that. It's not far to Kilcullen, which appears to be a larger place so eating there may be an option, providing you drive.
