Even with things locked down Galway was beautiful in the April sunshine with friendly people keeping to the rules of socially distancing The scenes around Eyre Square were peaceful and calm and give a glimpse of what it will be like when things open up again
As were travelling to appointment in Hospital, we were only staying overnight, While we had not booked breakfast we made known at reception that we would like Breakfast & evening meal, something happened in between & when we phoned from the room at 8-30 the staff arranged for breakfast food to be forwarded to us even though the serving time was over by over an hour, (well done to the staff who did this)
