Bundoran is a beautiful place, we visit a few times in the year, but unfortunately our stay this time was ruined by our experience in this hotel!

Booked to stay due to a funeral, my wife and I accidently double booked and we're unable to cancel one of the bookings. Booked direct for 200 EUR and through app for 150 EUR. Tried immediately to cancel the direct booking and my wife was told they couldn't understand her request. Not that difficult to understand the need to cancel.
