First of all, the staff were fantastic. We checked in at the pub and were warmly welcomed. Our decision to book above a little pub in an out of the way town near Dublin was a bit of an “adventure” and overall it was what we expected.

Very well stocked upstairs kitchen for guest use An open fire in the sitting room.Hostess with the mostest, so welcoming, used our names when greeting us and was very welcoming. We also had a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed the pub next door and felt it was a very traditional Irish little village. I would love to spend another night in Gordon's.

We were on a motorcycle tour and this was one of our stopover hotels. Staff very helpful we wanted to leave early before breakfast opened, but they still offered us a drink and some pastries which was most welcome. The village is also very nice.
