the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated...
the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated being so close to the airport as it made my onward journey much easier. The price for a room for one person was 239 euros, which I find extortionate whether or not this is what hotels in Dublin charge. The breakfast was a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected table service for breakfast at this price. The food had been picked over and it was just not good enough.
the reception staff on arrival were excellent and welcoming. The restaurant staff were lovely. Drinks and food are overpriced in my opinion.

Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet...
Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet only 20-30 minutes by bus from Dublin. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant, and although it took longer than expected for our pizza, all the food was well prepared and tasty. Staff was accommodating, providing fans for the room as requested, and check-in & -out was a breeze.

Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel!
Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel! Anyone staying more than one night would go to Dublin or other areas of Fingal, but there is not much in Santry other than the shopping center and DUB airport!!

We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic...
We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic and it was well located for this purpose. There also seemed to be regular shuttles to the airport. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The staff were great.
Great service and most attentive staff. Very friendly staff. Restaurant very good and reasonably priced. Slightly disappointed that I had to pay 10 euros per day for parking. (Car park independently owned). Would strongly recommend this hotel. Good walking in extensive park opposite the hotel entrance. Hotel coach shuttle to and from Dublin Airport.Public transport to Dublin City Centre 3 minutes walk away.
Holiday Inn Express is actually closed. You are redirected to the crown plaza hotel next door. Lovely room. Excellent, extensive breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour, but not available in the middle of the night when we needed it.
Great location for the night before an early flight from Dublin airport. The shuttle bus service was very handy. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good. We left too early for the included breakfast but provided us with a basic packed breakfast.
The location was reasonably close to the Dublin Airport, but was still a 10 minute drive away. We also had to wait close to 30 minutes for their shuttle. The room was fine. The wait staff was very nice but the food service was extremely slow.
Relative to other Dublin Airport hotels, this one was priced competitively. Room was clean and ample. Prices at hotel restaurant were reasonable. The airport shuttle service was excellent. Will definitely stay here next time.
Hotel was fine, only thing I didn’t like was after an hour there was a smell of food then for a couple hours a potent smell like drains. Could t work out if it was coming from the bathroom or the AC
Flight arrived at 05:30. Got to hotel around 07:00. Of course our room was not ready at that early hour, but you had nice big couches in the lobby we could rest (and nap) on.
Breakfast was good.
The shuttle was unavailable when I arrived at the airport and the hotel comped my taxi expense. The room was larger than most in the Dublin area, very clean and quite comfortable.
I like the crown plaza hotel thats where I stay coz this hotel is closed. So my rate 8s for the crown plaza hotel. The Hilton is closed they moved me there without notice at all.
The hotel was close to the airport and grocery stores. The lounge provided an excellent menu with good food options. The staff were super friendly and professional.
I booked for Holiday Inn Hotel but I was transfereed to crowne plaza Hotel which was 100% Brilliant everything was 💯ᵖᵉʳᶠᵉᶜᵗ highly recommend Crowne plaza hotel
Fantastic hotel in a great location that was lovely and clean, very comfortable and served the best breakfast buffet. The decorations were beautiful too.
