A smaller fort in comparison but makes up for it with large-heartedness. What stands out is simply the smiles and politeness of the staff and their going out of the way to make my stay pleasant. The fort looks over vast expanses of agricultural land dotted with hillocks. When you look about from the vantage point of the fort, you feel like a king surveying his kingdom.
And the buffet lunch was unlike the disappointments I have suffered at other palaces and forts.. it was finger licking delicious with a vast array of dishes.
I will keep coming here for sure. It will be like returning home. That's the feeling, thanks to the staff!

its an unexplored gem. Visit the state museum, and lake besides the city palace and then drive up the hill to Bala Qila providing mesmerizing views of the whole area. Buy different varieties of succulent kalakand from Kanhaiya sweets on Manu Marg and eat a sumptuous meal at Fauji Raj Dhaba. Just outside the city visit the Silichet lake and the bhim caves.

There are various types of castles and forts on the border between mountains and plains. Here is very close to the capital New Delhi. Alwar City Palace holds valuable collections. Foods are delicious with special milk products, so we can enjoy there for a short weekend trip or a long stay.

Food was just awesome.
Street food was excellent, enjoyed eating at a local bakery, ate freshly baked biscuits.
Price was so shocking. It was so cheap but the quality was fabulous.
Lovely place for a weekend get away
there is restaurant in front of this hotel which plays very loud music all the time. at least when we were there from 5pm till around 12 it did
completely ruined our stay and peace.

water stops coming at times one of our 2 rooms didnt have water at all. which did have water the water pressure was too low.
and hot water wasnt there.
food had limited ala carte options in dinner
and very limited ,so so food in breakfast buffet.
The setting of the Fort was amazing. It was perched on the top of surrounding village of Kesroli with a majestic view of the landscape. The fort in itself was a really fun experience - we especially liked roaming around and exploring the fort. All the meals were great - the hotel included local cuisines which was a good change. A shout-out to the swimming pool area during evening/night - the place became surreal once the lights switched on.
Location and the whole experience, including rooms and the way we were helped. More than professional the hotel team was empathetic is what I would say
Individual campfire were awesome

We are thankful to them for their hospitality...will recommend 100% to anyone who is planning to visit alwar.
The hotel is work in progress .But having said that it is great value for money. All amenities are in tip top condition like the ac tv .
However being bang on the road and the front needs sprucing up.
The attention given by the caretaker Magar was exceptional. For a group or family this could be the right choice in terms of value for money and being so spacious
Enjoyed my stay here. The hosts were wonderful and hospitable. The room was spacious and clean and included all required ameniites. Overall a nice and homely stay on my visit to Alwar.
The room - Amit Mahal was small & congested. Even the bed size was non- standard & could not accomodate us. No almirah or any storage space at all....yet all costing like a 5 star !
