Fantastic hosts with great suggestions on what and how to visit Goa

The location is very beautiful, the view of the lake and the pool area particularly lovely. Our hostess Maria could not have been more helpful, she attended to our every need including doing our laundry and organising transport. However, the location may not suit all, it is very quiet and a taxi is needed to go anywhere. The villa was spacious and it was delightful sitting in the porch reading. Perfect for a relaxing few days.

What truly stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owner made us feel right at home. His genuine politeness and friendliness made our stay truly memorable, and we felt like we were staying with family rather than in a hotel. The amenities provided at the hotel were top-notch, with everything we needed conveniently available on level zero without any extra charges. From the washing machine and dryer to the microwave oven, the hotel left no stone unturned in ensuring our convenience and comfort. The staff, led by the attentive and accommodating Mr. Dheeraj at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel valued as guests, and we were truly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction. Special mention must be made of the exemplary room service and housekeeping staff, particularly Sujan and Nabin, whose attention to detail and professionalism were commendable. Their efforts ensured that our accommodations were always immaculate and comfortable. Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to Sonali and Gargi for their warm hospitality and assistance during our stay. Their kindness and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our experience at Prazeres Hotel.
