This hotel was great. Really affordable, great big room and the team was super helpful. The free bicycles were a great help and it was fantastic to ride around the area on the bicycle. For trips further afield I was able to rent a scooter and that was arranged through the hotel and was affordable too.

If you like a simple but comfortable hut with a gorgeous beachfront restaurant facing onto a clean, quiet stretch of lovely Benaulim beach, Blue Corner is perfect. We picked 'deluxe' with aircon as hot in April; bed and pillows were very comfy and room quiet at night. All the staff were efficient and helpful, arranging a taxi etc for our early start to the station. Wish we could have stayed a few more days.

the location is great, the attitude of each individual staff member is great they are all trying their best to accommodate and serve everyone, what is lacking is good high level management and attention to facility upkeep.

The hotel is in a terrible shape and the.service is even worse. The photos are misleading. Dirty cups and kettle left outside the room by the previous guest was not picked up until many hours after we checked in. The bed linen were dirty and we had to make multiple requests for the sheets to be changed. There was no drinking water given to us despite multiple requests. The room had insects and mosquitoes and no repellent was available. The bathroom taps did not have any water when we arrived around 2:30 pm. There was a lot of noise, doors banging and people shouting in the corridors, the entire night. A total nightmare! Thank goodness we checked out in a day.

Stayed for nine days as we were backpacking and needed a litt!e R and R.
Found the roads very busy with drivers and riders going too fast , a few traffic calming measures really need putting in place.
Plenty of places to eat or just have a drink and the beach was always lively at night.
Still budget friendly places to stay if you are prepared to knock on doors and do a bit of walking and haggling.
Favourite places to eat for us were Savios , Roof Top and Johnncys, all turning out great food .

We were in South Goa for 5 days, 3 days at Beleza and 2 days at Azaya. The food at these resorts and other establishments was superb. The beaches are quiet and the sunsets are perfect. We were told by those who had stayed in North Goa and then stayed in South Goa would now only stay in South Goa going forward as the beaches were quieter.

There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk serving a variety of cuisines, Indian, Thai, Italian, continental. The price of eating out with a drink is about a quarter of UK prices. Beer about £1.50, Run £2.20 for .75Lrt bottle. Several supermarkets and Wine Shops to get food & drink to consume in the apartment. Tuk Tuk ride to the beach about £1,10. On the beach the sun beds are free if you buy drink and food from their shack.
We booked this hotel (resort with multiple buildings) because of its vicinity to the beach, which is just 5 minutes away on walk. We booked a suite, and it had a separate bedroom and living room with a small kitchenette with dishes and silverware. Both the living room and the bedroom had separate air conditioners, which are needed in Goa even during in winter. The complimentary Indian and continental breakfast had variety and sumptuous. Food and snacks is also available on order on other times.
The best part of this property is the location with respect to accessibility to the beach. It's just a min's walk to the beach. They have a restaurant from where we can enjoy with nice views. I felt that the food prices in the restaurant was a bit on the higher side. We had enquired for water sports but the rates were almost double compared to the rates at other beaches so we did not do any water sports activity.
Overall a good experience for those looking for a secluded and peaceful stay.
A gorgeous new boutique stay so close to the most cleanest beach of south goa.. the staff went out of their way ti make our stay beyond comfort..the warmth and comfort was above our expections..beautiful breakfast lunch & dinner spread.. an absolute beautiful vibe and cozy..the play area was perfect as well..Sumit the operations manager was extremely helpful and understanding towards every customers needs and requirements.. the f & b manager Jatinder was very good too
its heaven on earth. Sam was so warm and friendly and is a excellent host. she really paid attention to every detail. you have everything you need, and its spacious. The complimentary Tea , Coffee ,cookies etc , great place 500 meters away from the beach , shops, restaurants and a few metres away from by the beach goa . we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. everything was just perfect
It seems as centre of South Goa. All famous spots are within the reach. I was getting a room which I dont like first. however the reception person was extremely helpful in changing the room to my choice. it was a wonderful stay and will highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a budget stay in South Goa from 2 mins distance to Beach
The bright and hospitable owner-manager makes staying here a treat. Lucio has an MBA and it appears that he must have majored in customer service. He helped me get an Indian SIM card and a long-distance taxi to my next destination. I especially liked the quality loaner bicycles that made it ever so easy to get to the beach.-
We had comfortable stay as property has all the facilities (washing machine, LPG, wifi, comfy mattress)... Thank you Arivind for arranging car and bike for us.I really appreciate your hospitality..
Definitely one the best stay option in south goa (colva-benaulim area)
A great resort in the beautiful Benaulim beach away from the crowds and chaos of north Goa. Tasteful decor and great pool. Offers good dining options (albeit a little bit more expensive) but other local options and beach shacks all within walking distance
All in all, we enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean, the walk to the beach was not 10 min. We found it to be the most beautiful beach in Goa, so it was well worth a stay.
The service lady was super sweet and accommodating. We are happy to come back.
One of the best stays in the area.
The place was super clean.
The host was friendly and prompt on our needs.
The house is located in a good area The beach is 2-3mins walk.
Good vibe overall.
Would definitely comeback
Quality stay. Enjoyed Thoroughly.
loved the location!!!! been to different beaches in south goa but this one was a world in itself. another such type was available in Cola beach but it was really far from main road. looking at the sea just when you come out of your hut is the best part.
beautiful, wide, and clean beach right next to the hotel. We enjoyed the bar, which had very reasonably priced drinks, and the restaurants. Friendly staff - we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious with good variety and quality
The location is fab because it’s right next to the Beanulim beach and all the other south Goa beaches and eating spots are within driving distance. The property was beautiful and our favourite part was the pool!
