The staff was cordial and always ready to help. Break fast spread was good . Overall amazing service. I had requested for late check out at a price which they offered, However some last minute goofup happened at their end. The team was courteous to offer me another room for late check out at no additional charge. Great customer service experience. My son loves planes and my room was runway facing and he thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

'Status' was a great restaurant where we had a lovely Thali (208 Regent Chambers Ground Floor Jamnalal Bajaj Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021) We used Uber a lot of the time to get around as we were more south than the Metro goes. The Gate of India was impressive and also the Taj Palace Hotel (from the outside as didn't go inside). If you're foreign like me, get yourself an Indian SIM card, it made our stay so much easier, it was 500 Rs for the SIM and 2gb a day for a month, it let me keep my UK number attached to my Whatsapp so best of both worlds either Text my Indian number or Whatsapp my UK number. There are my travel tips.

The city with very nice architecture and landmarks. Definitely worth to visit for a few days, but some things are just frustrating. The necklace embankment is on repares for the 2/3 of the distance. You will not enjoy doing a 4 km run along it. The taxi in Mumbai is trash. Trash old cars with trash old drivers who don't speak English, don't use navigation and don't know the city. You will have to navigate them. Taxi in Pune is much more enjoyable as you'd just use Uber or Ola.

There's lot of Energy in the air. Mumbai is divided into three parts Western, Harbour and Central Mumbai. Well most of the tourist attraction places such as Flim city, Amusement Park, Historical places are in the western part of Mumbai the best way to travel in Mumbai is local trains and BEST buses. But it is over crowded during week days specially during office hours. The mentality of Mumbai people also know as( Mumbaikars) is very open minded and the helping nature. If you are planning for a short trip to Mumbai then the best way is book a bus ticket of Mumbai Darshan from any Tours & Travel agency which are easily available at Near Borivali, Andheri and Dadar stations. Talking about hotel accommodation it starts from 1000 to 5000 per night for two members. If you have a long trip then try to take budget hotels which are available before Mumbai suburb such as Miraroad and Bhyander station for Bachelors Dormitory Rooms are best options which may coast you around 250 bugs at Miraroad. Food and Drinks are easily available all over Mumbai you can fill your hunger for Rs.50 to 500 depending upon your taste. Remember Beyond Bandra Auto Rickshaws are not allowed only Bus and taxis are running. Best Places to visit in Mumbai are: Gate way of India( Churchgate) Elephanta caves- you need to take a ferry to reach here from church gate. Haji Ali Dargah & Mahalaxmi Template. Nariman Point( Beach) Siddhivinayak Template( Dadar) Juhu Beach( Santacrus) Sanjay Gandhi National Park( Borivali-East) For 1 Day Picnic Essel World & Water kingdom( Borivali- west) you have to take a ferry from Gorai to reach here. Was very close to airport, clean, spacious and staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Shahid made sure responded to my emails and requests and made sure all was done right and was ready for me and my husband. Especially as he was disabled. The staffs helped my husband all the way to the room and even to the car when we left. Very happy with staying at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to family and return in the future
