Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai 5 stars

Hotel in South Mumbai, Mumbai

In the heart of Worli, the business hub of India’s largest city, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai creates a tranquil, chic haven filled with sincere Indian hospitality. We stayed there over New Years Eve, and we were not disappointed by the Four Seasons (I usually never rate 10/10, but this time, it was very well deserved). So what happened? We received an outstanding welcome even as we looked a bit weird with our backpacking stuff, and even got upgraded to a Premier room by the super-charming Front Desk Assistant Manager, we loved it and would like to leave a big big thank you! Great support also for getting us very reasonably priced tickets to the rooftop terrace (33rd floor) New Years Eve Party as we haven’t pre-ordered and didn’t know what the party was all about. We even decided to extend by one day to allow enough “recovery time” after the party. Rooftop. As we love rooftops, this one proved to be outstanding. The design, setup and entire team up there are just amazing! The party was a hit, had a lot of fun, food and drink all included in the ticket pricing, met awesome people and loved the bar, the team and the show they performed at 1200!!! Due to his kindness and outstanding hospitality I would like to mention Mr. Om from the rooftop bar team who did his very best to cure our hangover next day! We come back - this place is a true 1st class experience!

FAQs about hotels in Mumbai

Always Memorable in Mumbai

Embark on an authentic Indian joyride into mad Mumbai’s chaotic streets with its revving rickshaws, bustling bazaars, timeless temples and colonial history. This melting pot of Indian culture features a mix of rich Bollywood wannabes and the city’s slum dwellers, all residing together in India’s most populous city.

South Mumbai is a useful starting point with the symbolic Gateway of India in Colaba welcoming local Marathis and tourists alike. Opposite is the impressive Taj Mahal Palace & Tower Hotel. The Art Deco Regal Cinema underlines Mumbai’s colonial heritage.

A top Indian curry comprises key ingredients and your Mumbai experience should also include a menu of fashion, film and nightlife. Leopold Café is a place to be seen and there are many other chic bars and clubs. You can do a Bollywood tour where you can even feature as an extra in a film!

During the day, take a trip by ferry to the Elephanta Island with its caves and then spend the evening people watching on Chowpatty Beach in the south or Juhu Beach in the west.

Booking.com has hotels in Adheri in the west, around the fort and train station in the south or nearby central Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, amongst many others.
