From the washing machine and dryer to the microwave oven, the hotel left no stone unturned in ensuring our convenience and comfort. The staff, led by the attentive and accommodating Mr. Dheeraj at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel valued as guests, and we were truly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction. Special mention must be made of the exemplary room service and housekeeping staff, particularly Sujan and Nabin, whose attention to detail and professionalism were commendable. Some of the staff took charge to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Heartfelt thanks to them. I was given a room upgrade more than once and the second time I was very fortunate to have a pleasing sea view. The buffet breakfast, which I was told wasn't part of my package in Booking.Com, was provided complimentary. The pool terrace had an amazing view of the sea.

Ranjan, the resort manager, and his team went above and beyond, to ensure that my stay was perfect 💖 As a solo traveler, I was touched by their kindness and genuine care, making me feel like a part of their own family. Always willing to do anything i could need, with a smile in their faces ✨ Regarding the food , set a la carte, divine would be an understatement. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of choices, and the best part was being able to indulge at any hour I pleased. It was the ultimate indulgence, adding to the overall experience of luxury and relaxation. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking, surrounded by ancient Portuguese colonial mansions, and tranquil beaches just a short drive away.
