I have stayed in Gwalior four times over the last ten years.
I have stayed in Gwalior four times over the last ten years. The Gwalior Fort is one of the most impressive I have seen and a very rewarding visit. I have used Gwalior as a base for visits to other historic sites around Morena and Orchha, which have been a couple of my favorite destinations within driving distance from Delhi.

The fort was very good.
The fort was very good. However, the guide spent less time with us. There are other structures that are architecturally very good and one must not miss like the saas bahu temple, the surya temple and the saas bahu temple. The food in Gwalior is average.

I've been to Gwalior twice.
I've been to Gwalior twice. I've not found much charm in the city itself but the Fort and Temples within the fort walls are magnificent. Interesting Jain statues carved into the mountainside on the vehicle approach side to the fort. If I were to go back I'd be interested in walking the ramparts of the outer fort wall.
The Taj and the Neemrana are two excellent heritage hotels to choose from in Gwalior.
A two hour drive south is the city of Orchha, which has become one of my favorite places that I've visited in India because of its rich inventory of temples, chatris and forts, all located within a lovely and peaceful rural setting.
Best Hotel in bhopal. Best services ever experienced in any Hotel. Best staff. Food was also very delicious. Situated on prime location in new market. Rooms sizes were very big. Rooms were neat & clear too. I will suggest you to must visit in Hotel centre park.
Disliked · The first thing rooms were very neat and clean. They were using all the products of good quality. another factors were location and food . Staff members were polite and productive. I was receiving quick responsed on all demandable services.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was a very short and easy walk from great places like the Gwalior Fort and Tansen's tomb. The view from the room balcony was surprisingly great! The rooms were basic, but spacious and comfortable enough. It was excellent value for money in this price range.
This is my fourth time staying at Deo Bagh. It is my go-to hotel in Gwalior. The rooms are very comfortable and appointed with everything a guest could need and the gardens are lovely. Each room has a terrace overlooking the gardens, where in the evenings my travelling companions and I enjoy ice cold Kingfishers (self-provided) and a plate of masala peanuts prepared by the hotel.
Great place, the apartment was large consist of two-rooms, which had everything you needed. Beautiful and cozy design. Separate kitchen. It's a pity that I only spent one night, I wish to stay longer. Loving and caring owners, gave all the necessary instructions and advice for spending time in Gwalior. Highly recommend this place!
I visited this Hotel with my friends. And we loved it and the staff here cares a lot about their guests and we got that care too. The room dining service here is very nice and I want to thank the person who is leading the room dining from my heart. very nice service thank you.
Lovely heritage hotel with bungalow-like rooms surrounding a garden. Very comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms. Well-preserved, ornately-carved temples right within the hotel property. Very nice restaurant overlooking the garden.
Absolutely amazing historic house.
Huge room and huge bathroom, perfectly furnished with taste. Perfectly clean and comfortable.
Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in in India (and I've seen many...).
Excellent services by the staff for dinner was amazing. The food was also out of the world. Staff was very courteous and dressed nicely. Keep up the good work and all the best!!
Located in the centre, Good Accessibility, All the necessary things available in the hotel room. Good Internet, Clean rooms, Wholesome breakfast, Well trained staff. Must visit
The staff at this hotel figured out the small details of what makes the stay comfortable. I liked this hotel the most of all hotels I stayed during this trip in India.
