Securuty guards at the gate ought to know about the expected guesrs and be courteous at arrival and departure.5. The beds are too soft for healthy spines.6. Toilets require glass partitioning.7. Door mats ought to wet feet/shoes absorbant. In all we had a very satisfying stay and the desk manager at the reception was excellent to welcome us and carry out an extremely hassel free onboarding after a long and tiresome drive from Kolkata.
