Very friendly staff who took well care of us. I would like to mention especially Dilwer who was enthusiastic to feed us each of Chef Bobby’s specialties. Thanks to him we tasted the best Dal Pakwaan ever. And of course Sheetal who took care of little details quickly noticing what is missing or needed.

This is a modern hotel, but built in a very attractive heritage style. The staff add thoughtful touches in the rooms, like local sweets and wax-embossed welcome notes. Since we traveled in the off season, the hotel was excellent value considering its high quality. At the evening musical performance we expected the traditional performance we had heard a number of times in Rajasthan and elsewhere, but this one had unique instruments local to the desert landscape. I especially enjoyed morning yoga with the surrounding birdsong. Breakfast was fantastic with a flautist in the balcony.

Everything was wonderful
The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, food was fabulous, views were stunning, exceptionally clean rooms ..
Only drawback was that sound travelled within the rooms, not overly soundproofed .. had noisy neighbours couple of nights

This boutique hotel was a wonderful surprise. The location could not be better in the heart of the old Jaisalmer Fort. We paid extra for a room with private pillow-filled balcony overlooking the fort walls that was magical. Excellent breakfast served on the roof. Note that given location, hotel can only be served by rickshaw, not car.

A nice and relaxing traditional semi-desert town with the friendliest people (and cows) you can meet. You can just wander around and enjoy. Nobody would harass you, just friendly people greeting you, young and old, and friendly cows, of course.
You can visit the town's attractions or simply sit and enjoy observing the vibrant local life.

The Jaisalmer fort is located on top of a rock.
The Jaisalmer fort is located on top of a rock. Inside the fort there is old town. There are private houses inside the fort. Walking around the small small lanes is very interesting. But be very careful about the local people. They will try to cheat you somehow or the other. Even if you take a guide, the guide will make you pay double the money because they get commission whatever you spend during your visit.
I have seen people sitting next to me in a terrace, paying INR 500 for two coffees and I paid the same coffees INR 140. Because their guide told the waiter to take INR 500 from them. It was so sad… people of Rajastan specially guides and drivers and shop owners are looting foreigners.

Jaisalmer was definitely more touristy, then the other cities we had visited before. In a way, this made our short stay there more comfortable. People on the street were friendly and greeted us, without trying to sell us anything.

A very good combination of History, Culture, Gastronomic delights and contemporary sightseeing. I recommend the Jaisalmer Fort Or the Golden Fort (has historical artefacts), the War Museum, Gadisar Lake and the surroundings, Folklore Museum and Desert Cultural Centre (set up Shri Nand Kishore Sharma, 94 years old, in1983. The Desert Cultural Centre also hosts a puppet show (two showings a day) in the evening.

Imran, Jalal and Monu, all of them are at your service all the time. Best thing about this camp is that it is new and the hotel staff are solution oriented and pay attention to their guests needs. They’re friendly and keep the environment lively. Just indulge in a conversation with them and you will naturally learn about the culture and history of the great place. Jaisalmer.
Although limited in variety, breakfast and dinner were delicious and timely. I’m definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.
Everything was perfect. Our room got upgraded to the suite (beautiful rooms) and the staff including Sahil, Papu & Mehrab was sweet, helpful and did everything to make our stay & tours comfortable.
Sahil (the hotel owner) arranged desert tours and camel rides which was authentic and a great experience. We also tried to cook fresh local mutton with Sahil & Mehrab on the rooftop with open fire and it tasted amazing.
I can fully recommend this place and I will visit this place again next time I am in Jaisalmer.
Amazing affordable place. The staff were amazing, helping out in anyway they could, welcoming and lovely to be around.
Rooms were extremely clean and the property has been decorated to a high standard.
The roof top is lovely comfy place to chill out , watch the city. Also lovely view of the fort.
Sadly we didn’t book the safi though this hotel as we booked before arrival but in future would book though them.
Massive thanks to the relaxinn hotel, you made our stay in jaisalmer.
The staff for me was best feature of my stay - extremely kind, accommodating & helpful. The property itself, while in a great location, was fairly nice enough but during my stay realised there are far more beautiful hotels in the area. The rooftop is very nice offering the quintessential views of beautiful Jaisalmer however the actual room & bathroom were pretty outdated. Honestly, in my opinion the hotel feels much more in the 3 star range rather than its purported 5-stars.
I am so happy that I have decided to spend my 2 days holiday in jaisalmer with Murad haveli hotel. The staff is so caring and friendly. They will do whatever u ask for. In 2 days I have never heard no from them. The beautiful place to stay the royal rooms and food is the cherry on the cake. My little had so much fun... Highly recommended place... I would like to thank Mr Hasim for the beautiful stay and with all the important .....
God bless u all....
The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and we reached Jaisalmer early in the morning. The staff allowed us to wait on the terrace until the room was ready. The hotel has a good location and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your drink or meal. Clean spacious room and hot water, what more could you ask for?
The best hotel in India trip so far!!! Everything is perfect, especially all staffs are so kind and helpful. They are so friendly and have 5 stars service- minded. Also you can enjoy eating Korean food in the rooftop restaurant here. Highly recommend for any budget traveler. I definitely will come back again❤️
The hotel is in a perfect location near the fort....
The staff was very welcoming and friendly and took good care. The roof top restaurant is the cherry on top it offers a great view of the Jaisalmer Fort and serves delicious food too. I will refer the hotel to every solo traveler visiting jaisalmer.
I LOVE this hotel! Just stayed there for the 2nd time. Love the decorated room, friendly & helpful staff & the rooftop restaurant is great with an amazing view of the fort. They can also arrange to go on a desert/camel safari which I highly recommend. Do stay at Shahi Palace when in Jaisalmer.
Very bad hotel facility and it's owner very bad and egoistic person. Owner ko sirf rupees matlab he yaha bath Tub bhi room me nahi hota. Cleaning 10% hoga Sirf name bada Darsan chhota he. I will not suggest any one go to hotel Jaisalmer Boutique. Online booking k bad bhi fees jyada liaya.
Extremely warm behaviour and hospitality was excellent.
The owner of the hotel was excellent and all the support staff were courteous.
They customised our dinner and prepared home style delicacy.
I would recommend everyone to enjoy the view of Jaisalmer fort from the terrace.
Hotel Hashim was a wonderful surprise that made our stay in Jaisalmer! It was a great value for money, very clean and the owner, Hashim was a fantastic host whose hospitality and Masala Chai was unmatchable.
The best hotel in jaisalmer, amazing location, rooms are neat and clean, nice roof top and view of the city, the staffs are very helpful, nice food everything was perfect, bater price and value for money.
It's clean and works for a decent one night stay. Nothing beyond that. Its more like a business hotel and didn't have any Jaisalmer feel to it. Very plain and nothing interesting.
