The service provided by the owner as well as the staff was good but when we reached the location the rooms were not ready we were given a room where the flush did not work then we went to another room there the fans were not working after then we shifted to the 3rd room where there was no running water in the bathroom and finally we got a room where everything worked
The only reason I have given 5 stars out of 10 is for the workers who were helpful and cooperative including owner who was present all the time
I would never visit this hotel again if I do I will make sure the room is checked and ready for us before we reach

The stay was decent. The hotel could provide a standard service. Offer Tea/Coffee,/Breakfast or bathroom basic requirements like Toilet Roll and clean towels and napkins. The towels were torn.
The only good thing about the stay was the staff was helpful and decent. It was a safe stay and just right opposite to Mahalaxmi Temple.
