Filthy city . For a capital city this size, the roads are terrible.. Traffic is terrible. We visited the Patna Sahib Gurudwara which probably is the only clean place in the city Layers of dust everywhere. People spit all over the place. Maintenance of historic places is terrible

The building didn't look so nice from the outside with the construction going on, but they cleaned the building on a regular basis. They also provided a tuk tuk service to the train station with a fare price after I checked out.
