Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Food was good value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. The staff and service was good. They also have their own car where they can drop you at main area of Nainital. The warm welcome drink was delicious. We stayed there in end of Nov 2023. The weather was chilled.
