The ambience is a dream. The staff is very friendly. Our every wish was fulfilled. Unfortunately we were only allowed to stay one night because we were on an Ultimate World cruise. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

This hotel is exceptional. Everything about the location (next to everything), the facilities (they can arrange taxi, guides, help..), the cleanliness is impeccable, the breakfast is a treat (the food is fresh and they also prepare omelettes in front of you). The hotel is sooo beautiful I fell in love. The staff is so kind, everybody starting from the concierge, the room service, the liftmen (and the kind sir who speaks french), the reception also (special mention for the adorable Razee who patiently and kindly helped us with our several questions on Mumbai and India, God bless him always). Thank you Sanjay and Suba teams for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We loved it. I cannot recommend a better place to stay than this one.

The staff very polite,friendly,and very helpful!!! We had to have the fridge replaced they replaced it almost immediately and we had to ask for a couple of hand towels which they gave us minor things that’s all
