STAFF including front desk ISHA, restaurants were all amazing. They made sure all our needs were taken care of. Restaurants especially Moumita Karmarkar, Savio f&b manager ,chef Navin, Omkar, Sangeet, Suyog ,Shinan, Shameen, Yuvraj, Somesh, Ajay
They git arranged for food which was not available on the Buffet Menu,customized it. Fir my Daughter's birthday They customized the cake and surprised us with room decoration. They made it memorable.
Hospitality was optimum and overall all well motivated team

There was no breakfast provided it was any way not part of the offer. It was a great stay. They don't offer tea coffee or kettle in the room.
No shampoo or body wash. Only hand wash soaps and towels.

It was a good deal considering the price, location from the beach, cleanliness, balcony, staff was super helpful, and great WI fi for our official calls.

Sajjan ( manager), the chefs and all the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We were keen on experiencing Goan food and really loved it there.
