The room size was really nice, so were the hygiene products, the staff from North East whose names I cant recall from Belldesk & Housekeeping were really nice to interact with. The bed was clean and mattress had protective covers. Under them there wasn't much dirt or dust not sure if this was because they clean so well or because the hotel is relatively new. TV had decent selection of channels so that was nice
