Total hoax. They told booking.com we stayed at property despite not staying overall a nightmare in trying to get our money back. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and saffron stays told us mid way through our journey that the host Mansi Seth has some urgent issues and have cancelled our stay due to water and electricity issues. Overall a complete nightmare. Please be very careful dealing with saffron stays and property.
