Best hotel with a view in ICELAND, we definitly recommend everyone to book the Delux KING suite as the Godafoss falls is visible from your room day and night, we stayed during full moon it was spectacular. And if you are lucky like us, you could catch Northern lights from your room.
Ms.Astrid was really helpful during our 3 day stay.

Cozy room with everything one might need. The owner encouraged us to use the natural hot spring next door which was simply AMAZING. We sat there for and hour under the stars sipping amaretto and watching the snow covered hills. Truly magical.

A very nice appartment with complete kitchen (toaster, keetle, micowaves, coffee maker) and toilet. Beds are confortable, heating is good and cleanliness is perfect. The owner is very kind and the appartment is close to Godafoss fall and Myvatn lake. Tou can park for free just outside, next to the appartment.

The sky is dark, no sources of light pollution around, mountains aside are not tall, so you see the sky from left to right without obstacles. We had chance to see beautiful northern lights, and it was awesome. Just use one of two large spaces on the road that lead to the hotel, there are the darkest spots for observing. Hotel is very clean and soundproof. Good breakfast.

The barn is converted into a very modern hotel. You can not beet it’s location across the street from Godsfoss. Nor it’s panoramic pasture views which are perfect for Aurora watching.
