This is a small guesthouse, close to the glaciers, in a quiet area.
I work in the hospitality industry and I must say that I was extremely pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room is cosy and warm, clean and with a great shower.
If you are looking for a place close to Höfn but also Jökulsárlón, then this is the perfect place for you. You are in the middle of both places and the prices are much more reasonable than in either of the other places.
I cannot recommend this place enough!
It is a fantastic guesthouse that has all bases covered & the perfect price-value-ratio!
But please do not come here and expect a 5 star hotel - it is not.

The house was nice and really clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bedroom was so cosy and comfortable.
We were welcomed by a cute dog in the morning. The view is great and we were lucky to see the northern lights.

The views were amazing and the whole place was nicely decorated, warm and modern.
The dog was really friendly and the owner was polite and welcoming and let us have a long walk around the area.
Lots of coffee and tea for guests and all the utensils you'd need to cook a meal were provided.
