Very comfortable bed and great living space. Felt like a very homely cottage, with an attic area as well. The hot tub was a great addition to our trip. The kitchen was well stocked, the host was friendly and even supplied us with some cooking oil as we had forgotten to buy some. Very comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming. I think the pictures don't do it justice; it's bigger than it looks.

Entrance to the Secret Lagoon was included into our stay, which wasn’t mentioned while we booked the stay. You can enter it as many times as you wish and stay as long as you like. Facility provided everything required: towels, bathrobes, crocks to enjoy the hot springs. Staff super friendly and helpful. You have everything needed in the kitchen to cook lunch or dinner, including olive oil, salt, sugar, spices etc. Even fresh milk was provided each day. Super nice and sweat!!!

My family and I were impressed with the beautiful scenery that surrounds the property. We were also impressed with the quality of equipment that was available eg. washing machine and drier, well equipped kitchen. furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Our grandchildren loved the horses right outside the property and the trampoline. The hosts family even let our granddaughter ride one of their horses which really made her day! At the end of the path, towards the main road you can take a lovely stroll down to a lake too. We hired a car as we were visiting family who lived in Selfoss town, which was approximately a 35 minute drive away and Reykjavik was approximately 1 hours drive. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home surrounded by nature as it is central to all the sightseeing places to visit like the Golden Circle and various waterfalls etc.
