The hotel's staff are exceptionally friendly, and the spa is immaculate. The rooms are a great size, and have views of the Dolomites. I honestly cannot fault this hotel in any way - it blew my expectations away. It is very very special, located within one of the finest places I have ever visited. This is truly first class Italian hospitality. I would recommend it unreservedly to anyone looking to stay in the Dolomites. I will be returning.

Although we didn't have a lake view room, the hotel still offers a fantastic view of Alleghe Lake. Conveniently located, offering opportunities for hiking, cycling, and relaxation.

It is a cosy village between Ortisei and Cortina d'Ampezzo. Everyone is super nice, there are good restaurants, and amazing views of the mountains. There is a beautiful river across the village. I would recommend it for a nice, quite and relaxed stay, away from the main villages.

The place is really beautiful and serene.
The place is really beautiful and serene. It is close to Cortina D'Ampezzo city and all the nearby cable car stations but we got the room in much cheaper cost in this peak summer time. Specially strolling by the lake during sunset after whole day travel was a beautiful experience.

We were very welcomed by locals who advised and helped us to get up and running with the ski lift passes, hire of kit and lessons.
The locals were very accommodating with the fact that we couldn't speak their language and were helpful in all ways.
Alleghe is a beautiful place and without a doubt, we will be returning.

Great place for skiing lovers.
Great place for skiing lovers. Facilities are very well established, they are still cameral with a touch of the past, but fully professional as far as rentals, instructors and flexibility of ski-pass/points/single run options. The resort is not overcrowded.

The resort is well maintained and all pistes are groomed to perfection every day. The outlying villages are well linked to the main resort and there are enough runs to keep skiers and boarders happy.
The breakfast offered was good and offered various items to suit different tastes. The hotel was dog-friendly, which for us was a plus. There was also a heated storage shed to keep your ski equipment; this was a very nice feature. The location was also ideal -- one could walk down to the main lift in 10 minutes or it was even possible to walk over to the piste that led to the bottom and ski down. It was also an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. The owner, Laura, was also always available if help was needed.
Our apartment was number 1:
+ amazing views,
+ beautiful mountains,
+ very good weather (3 of 5 days in full sun)
+ beautiful town Alleghe with marvelous lake
+ close to the supermarket (Coop)
+ amaizing cosy view from the apartment (lake outside the window)
+ free sauna
+ your own ski box
+ dishwasher
+ free parking place
+ 5-7 minutes by walk (in ski shoes) to the ski lift
+ Giovanna (host) is very kind and communicative, she speaks english very well
Friendly staff and very good location, hotel has private parking. Really tasty breakfast. Room was big for three people. Private bathroom with towels which was change on the next day. We spent there only two night but I really recommend this hotel. We had balcony with grate views. The town has nice atmosphere.
Quaint, small mountain town with easy access to restaurants and the ski areas. Really great views and good for a quiet get away. The breakfast was a perfect start before hitting the slopes and the chef and all of the staff were very friendly. I was able to store my skis in the hotel as well.
This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located about 15 min from the Marmolada lift. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I stayed here one night with my daughter and thought it was an excellent value.
Super kind staff, always very helpful when it came to recommend us routes and things to do in the area. Great food too at flexible times. The location is also excellent. The hotel is not brand new but very well kept, clean and cosy.
A nice hotel with old world charm. Very good breakfast and lovely staff. For us, the beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom could do with an update. However, in terms of value for money we were happy.
cost yet classy. everything was to the highest standard. the location couldn’t be beaten together with the hotel hosts and staff who couldn’t do more to help you! the best stay of our honeymoon for sure
very nice view and clean, it is located in front of the lake. they have private free parking for the guests.
The room has one of the best views on Alleghe lake in Dillimotis mountains.
The staff was friendly most of the time.
On the terrace at the hotel entrance you can have dinner from Menu a la carte. We enjoyed the pasta there; it was fresh and tasty.
Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was basic, but fresh. Hotel is small, but cosy! I loved the service of ski bus - that made our skiing experience a lot easier.
