The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they spoke excellent English and helped us with our luggage and with figuring out the public transport, as we were heading into Milan on a Sunday. The hotel was very clean and excellent value, breakfast was included and was a lovely selection of continental breakfast.

Excellent stay! Our two-night experience in the triple room was super nice. The spacious, clean room with a balcony exceeded our expectations, especially considering the reasonable price. Despite not having the chance to use all the amenities like the gym and kitchen, we appreciated their availability.
