The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they spoke excellent English and helped us with our luggage and with figuring out the public transport, as we were heading into Milan on a Sunday. The hotel was very clean and excellent value, breakfast was included and was a lovely selection of continental breakfast.

Excellent stay! Our two-night experience in the triple room was super nice. The spacious, clean room with a balcony exceeded our expectations, especially considering the reasonable price. Despite not having the chance to use all the amenities like the gym and kitchen, we appreciated their availability. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver, with the staff consistently friendly and prompt in addressing our needs. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the nearby metro station made exploring Milan effortlessly accessible. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and has improved considerably over the few years I have been going to this hotel. I didn't get the chance to use the pool or other facilities, but again great to see these available.
