What a beautiful town, full of mountain charm.
What a beautiful town, full of mountain charm. The scenery and lake are stunning. There a a variety of food options and cute stores, but pay attention to hours of operation.we truly enjoyed the restaurant Moma, in the Hotel Diana and it’s sister restaurant, La Zupo up the mountain at the first gondola stop. The Fun Bob is a must, at the adventure park! They have great open air markets by the lake and have amazing food & items for sale.

Set in the Dolomites it was close to some places of interest...
Set in the Dolomites it was close to some places of interest. I am sure the area lends itself to good skiing and there was a lot hikers about too for October. There seemed to be a lot of facilities- though a number of places were closed I.e. shops, hotels and restaurants. I suspect that changes when the snow comes. The Dolomites has a good reputation and l am sure it is still living to that standard

We spent most of our time driving around the country side enjoying the mountain views. I had a rental car and driving was easy although the roads are narrow and windy with a lot of switchbacks.
We ate most of our meals at our hotel Panoramic, the food and survice was excellent.
There are lot's of hiking trails for summer and snow skiing in winter.
The town of Auronzo has lots of nice shops and good restaurants, we enjoyed both the food and the shopping.

I chose to stay here because people said the restaurant served very good food :) And indeed, for dinner I opted for seasonal local delicacies (South Tyrol) such as nettle dumplings and lamb cutlets. For breakfast, there were at least 4, maybe 5 different cakes which looked and tasted delicious. The rooms were located above the restaurant. Dog friendly (no extra cost), and this being located on the Dolomites, expect more than 1 visiting pooch. Good wi-fi, free parking in front of the hotel/restaurant, friendly staff (family run!).
The hotel was well located - Auronzo is a beautiful town 40 mins from Cortina (but more beautiful, in my opinion) and good location for all hiking in the eastern Dolomites. Our room was spacious, the staff was helpful and kind Breakfast was great, having breakfast at the hotel allowed us to get on the road and get hiking as quickly as we wanted to. 10/10 stay and I would recommend to anyone!
We stayed two nights in this small cozy town. Perfect location for those who want to explore the famous Dolomites. Only 30 minutes drive from the hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The owners were super nice and offered us breakfast a little earlier because we had to get up early. Can be recommended.
The hosts were incredibly nice, offering to lend us anything we needed during our stay. The room was very traditional and made our stay in the mountains feel even better. The breakfast provided by the hotel is fantastic as well - probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel!
The hotel is located in a great area in The Dolomites. You have rapid access to many beautiful spots in the area.
The hotel provides a cozy atmosphere, it features a lot of wood which always gets me. The breakfast is plentiful and diverse. The hotel runs a restaurant too.
Our room had an amazing view of the lake. The staff was really kind and the room was really big. We had only one issue with the hot water but other than that our stay was good.
We recommend to have dinner at the hotel. The night we stayed there, they had spatzles yum.
Matteo is a great person, bursting with positivity. He had no idea that I was having one of the worst days of my life during checkin but his greeting and attitude left me smiling. Also the vibe of the hotel is really peaceful and original.
Simple but nice B&B in the centre of Auronzo di Cadore to stay for a few nights. The owner is very friendly and our room was very clean. Value for money. Tipical italian breakfast which was fine for us but might seem scarse to others.
my children really liked this hotel, it met all our expectations, it's a very atmospheric place, with history, in a great location, the best pizza in town is located opposite, we will definitely come back.
nice and cozy hotel , room was very clean and had everything we needed. breakfast was also good.
close parking in front of the hotel. overall was great value for money and we had a great stay!
Familial hôtel, good value for money. Bedroom decoration is a little bit old school but it makes it more genuine and traditional. Bedroom and facilities were very clean. Good breakfast /dîner.
The staff was very kind and hospitable, the rooms and the hotel itself were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was tasty and fresh and it had local products. Overall a very good experience.
The owner Francesco is really great. He was always ready to help us with anything. We would definitely choose this hotel again. We get a goodbye gift in the end with local biscuits and speck.
A beautiful Hotel in the best location! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast very good! The view from the balcony was spectacular!
Hotel staff was very helpful. They also have bikes for you to take if you want at no additional cost. Interior of the hotel has been updated and is nice.
The views are amazing
A little outdated, but comfortable alpine hotel close to Tre Cime natural park. Kind hosts, comfortable rooms and good breakfast - exactly what you need to start the day.
nothing!!!! bad hotel without a view, you are live almost in the basement. terrible breakfast and service. do not recommend and will never come back here!!!!!!!
