Everything about the property is amazing! The staff are very accommodating and professional. It was my wife’s birthday trip and they made it really special. They suprised her with a very pretty and delicious cake on our birthday dinner. We were blown away by their warmth. They were very attentive and looked after us very well. The location was glorious - between Lucca and Pisa and easy to get to both. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, the food was superb, and the building was amazing.
