Location is perfect! Hotel is just next to the famous San Pellegrino Terme and it takes less than 5 mins walking to arrive. Also, great point is that the bus from Bergamo stops just in front of it. Staff is very kind and helpful: they gave us the discount for the Terme which was really appreciated, as well as let us leave our backpacks in their locked offices.
