The hostess is a very nice lady. The location is picturesque and well cared for. The garden and the pavillion on the premisses is open for using. We were provided different pastries, nonalcoholic beverages, coffee, tee, bottled water for breakfast and as a snack. In the bathroom there were fresh towels for all persons, shower and toilet utensils.

I have, over years of travelling through Italy, learned to lower my expectations when it comes to accommodation. My stay here was a huge exception to this rule. The host was so friendly, and obviously takes a lot of pride in what is offered.. And rightly so. From the very warm welcome through to the impeccably clean and extremely comfortable room, our stay was perfect. And the breakfast! Freshly squeezed orange with the best scrambled eggs I've eaten in years. The buffet was incredible, and I wish I'd had room to sample more of the cold cuts, fresh fruit and cakes that we're on offer. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area
