We were greeted by David who couldn't do enough for us. He was friendly, kind and informative. He went above and beyond to make our one night stay as comfortable as possible. The room was modern and clean. The pizza was amazing. The location was perfect for us as we were just passing through.

We booked this room and upon arrival , no one was at the hotel to greet us … door was locked. We called and went to voice message… we had to scramble to find another hotel for the night. Poor service. It was also well after 3 when we arrived so not like an unexpected check in.

You either need to be staying right in the city centre (Centro Storico) or you need to be out of town with a car. There is very little English spoken - if you are a tourist who has not learned any of the language. A restaurant called il Monicello was the absolute highlight.

There is a kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a meal there, or enjoy your takeaway from many of the restaurants within walking distance. The large windows open wide to let in sunshine and fresh breezes. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and offer plenty of storage. The full bathrooms were clean and offered samples of the owner’s homemade soaps and shampoo, which were lovely! The owner is welcoming, helpful, and very responsive. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, with suggestions and making dinner reservations. When we arrived Luca helped with the bags and then went with us to show where to park the car. The suite was comfortable, breakfast excellent variety and flavour. A very pleasing touch was our ability to make tea or coffee, get fruit juice and snacks from the kitchen as we liked.

The bed, bedding and pillows were my most comfortable sleep in a very long time. The owner makes check in very easy and provides both pdf and video of Check in so you have a very easy time finding the property and navigating to the room. Fantastic location with a beautiful view of the small square from the rear terrace.
