Facilities are great, everything new, clean, large bathroom in separate room, massage shower. The owner is extremely helpful, unlike most Italians she knows at least basic English. For breakfast there were homemade cakes both savoury and sweet, there is a kitchenette with coffee, tea, milk, juice, yoghurt. The overall impression is absolutely excellent!
