Fantastic stay. I have been travelling solo and even though my flight was expected to land very late at night, and despite that I had also a delay of over an hour, with the pick up from the aeroport around 1:30AM the host had arranged the transport from the airport without any issues. The host was fantastic from the moment I have been looking at the property, I firstly enquired about late pick up from the airport and received a response within 1 hour, therefore I booked the accommodation. They arranged the late pick up and check in. Also, traveling solo as a girl was reassuring to be the pickup up from the airport by the drive accompanied by Laura (I assume the host) and to be honest this has been so much more reassuring that I’m safe. The accommodation itself was very clean, warm (as I arrived on a cold night and the heating was already on prior to my arrival), the bathroom impeccable with really good water temperature and pressure, all items in working order. The location is also amazing as it is literally located within 3min drive from both Malpensa Airport terminals. I also had a drop off the next morning to the other terminal and again, this has been very smoothly. The driver was at the exact time arranged and very pleasant. Definitely one of the best experiences so far.
