We enjoyed staying at Acetaia Malagoli. When we arrived, the proprietor was kind enough to make my 9 year old son some hot chocolate. The room that we stayed in (on the second floor) was spacious and comfortable - a great value for the price. The bathroom was especially spacious and had double sinks with lots of counter space, comfortable towels and even slippers which was a very nice touch. They also allowed my son to take a walk around the small property and visit the donkey. We also enjoyed the interesting balsamic vinegar tour which was located above our room in the attic. The barrels of vinegar are kept there in the attic and the sweet smell drifts down to the rooms a bit. It was interesting and we learned a lot. We also had the opportunity to buy true DOP balsamic vinegar at the end of the tour for 100e / bottle. The owner is a great cook and we enjoyed the sweet breakfast as well which included amazing homemade merengues and biscuits.
