All the logistics for my arrival were perfect, and the young man in charge of my check-in was extremely punctual, both on my arrival and prior to my departure. Extremely helpful as well, hospitality personified.

Everything was perfect, from the hotel and its staff to the city tours, restaurants, and exhibitions.
The only thing that bothered us was that there was a private event and we couldn't visit the Duomo in Milan. There are also very lovely parks in the city you can walk and relax.

The hotel staffers were truly amazing, kind and helpful! And the hotel was very clean and of sufficient offer what hotels of 3* entail. However, the hotel location itself was too far away from the city center (and even some 15-20 minutes of walk from the last Metro stop). For my group was convenient just because of the Festival we had nearby, otherwise, I would not consider this location if I need it just for short trips that involve sightseeing of Milano city center.
I travelled for the Monza GP and found the location very comfortable, since the track is easily accessible with the public transport, without a lot of walking. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and even allowed me to leave the luggage at the hotel, given that the flight was in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel, not purely for the grand-prix, but even for other occasions. Keep it up and thank you :)
We stayed a couple of nights, and it was our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. We like the interiors of the hall and its lounge area, as well as the spacious and clean room (our double bed was very comfortable!), while the rich buffet breakfast was that of a 5* hotel. For us, coming from Verona, the position was very convenient, being the hotel next to the highway. It is also just about 15 minutes from Zona Isola by car.
I liked that they provide soap and shampoo. I did not have breakfast at the hotel however they provided me with hot water and tea bag when I requested for it. The location was okay as there was buses to metro that went into Milan. On my second day I managed to get a receptionist that spoke English otherwise I struggled to communicate with the receptionist that checked me in.
Clean room and bathroom. More than enough comfort for what we needed. It was the ideal overnight stop on our way back from southern Italy.
Super friendly reception! Cool project, I'm sure we will return when we head south again.
Any hotel that is pet-friendly is a winner in my book. We just needed a place to spend the night after a long drive before going further on our way in the morning. This hotel did its purpose.
The Breakfast is very good but might need more varities.
The room is very clean and so comfortable.
The price per night is excellent comparing to similar Hotels.
