The apartment is very cozy, and the bed is comfy as well. The bus station is very near, which is convenient. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities needed for a short stay. But the best of all was host Olga's hospitality, she gave us clear instructions to the accommodation and also some additional info about transportation and checked to see if our holiday was going well :)

Breathtaking view of the lake! Very serene and peaceful place overlooking the old buildings. Next to the flat there’s a small waterfall which gives calming sense.
Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, cozy rustic vibe inside.
Hosts are ready to help any minute, because they live underneath, but you still have your personal space.

(Parking is quite far, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. It’s a fun trip down and uphill.)

A very pleasant hotel, view of the lake from the balcony is amazing. Also, an excellent terrace for breakfast with the most beautiful view in Tremezzo. The rooms are small and poorly equipped, but everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. Recommendation: take a room with a lake view on the 4th or 5th floor and ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible.

The property was beautiful, incredible views and location. It was a 25-30 minute stroll into Bellagio via beautiful paths (not always on the main road so super safe). Or you can park your car in the white zone for free just outside the gardens by the lake which is a 5min easy drive away! The staff couldn’t have been more lovely and accommodating, offering lifts into town and providing an iron etc and coffees. The lovely lady also gave me annotated maps and talked me through places to visit and how to get into town! Thank you so much for my wonderful stay!

The apartment is spotless, very well organized and the bedroom and bed very confortable whit closet.bathroom excellent. Living room and kitchen well equipped.
The best spot is the balcony with an incredible view of Lake Como and the Alpes Moutains. This place has a closed car garage
