We loved its old world charm along with its total can do attitude. From the ease of arriving to a smiling, welcoming face and the feeling of a warm embrace whilst our car was taken away. We were helped with our baggage into the hotel and up to our wonderful spacious room. Nothing was too much trouble. We had great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast and service was exceptional.

The property was excellent, facilities, room, staff, and location were all great. The hotel is located in walking distance to a number of the main attractions. Location was perfect, within minutes of restaurants, the wall and fabulous walking around Lucca. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of fresh fruit and breads. Bathroom spacious.
